Expected a lot but their service is not good at all. They took money of AC room but kept us in a room where the AC was not working at all. Their attitude, their behavior wasn't pleasant.

⚠️⚠️ The hotel bed and toilet were extremely dirty. Staying on the beach chairs would be better than staying in this hotel. The hotel staff make excessive noise, making it almost impossible to sleep at night or even in the morning. Because of the lack of proper sleep, the entire next day feels terrible and I end up with a headache. A very frustrating and unpleasant experience. Not recommended ⛔

I stayed there one night in this hotel. They provided basic things like soap, shampoo, tissue,water and aerosol but the balcony and bedsheet weren’t clean enough. In non-AC room, there was a thin blanket in summer-time which suppossed to be there in winter. Strangely, you have to return the key to the counter Everytime you go outside, which I believe a security concern for the goods. However, you can stay at AC room in other hotels with the price of non-AC rooms of this hotel. Overpriced compared to facilities.
