.Their behaviour was disgusting.. I am very much disappointed their behaviour.. so much rude behaviour their receptionist..don't go anyone he's spoil my mood 😡

I stayed there one night in this hotel. They provided basic things like soap, shampoo, tissue,water and aerosol but the balcony and bedsheet weren’t clean enough. In non-AC room, there was a thin blanket in summer-time which suppossed to be there in winter. Strangely, you have to return the key to the counter Everytime you go outside, which I believe a security concern for the goods. However, you can stay at AC room in other hotels with the price of non-AC rooms of this hotel. Overpriced compared to facilities.

This is very near hotel at kolatoli sea beach. No sea beach view room. When you need to stay near at beach hotel with low cost room & better security, you have to try at this hotel. I'm not promoting at this hotel. I'm stay few day's in this hotel that's way I'm reviewing it.

I had high hopes for Rain View Resort based on the pictures and descriptions online, but my experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. First, the cleanliness of the rooms was far below standard. The bed linens looked used, the bathroom had a foul smell, and there were insects crawling on the floor. The overall maintenance of the property seemed neglected, with broken fixtures and peeling paint. The staff service was another letdown. While a few were polite, most seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Requests for clean towels or basic amenities took hours to be fulfilled, if at all. There was no sense of urgency or hospitality. Overall, I would not recommend Rain View Resort. It was a waste of money and time, and I regret choosing it for our holiday.
